Partnership with the Ministry of Social Affairs
Toumouhat is proud to partner with the Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) in Lebanon in an initiative that strengths the country’s distinguished hospitality industry.
The project involves local and international experts and auditors who guarantee the highest level of competence in the certification of food safety and hygiene.
Specialized trainings are offered to Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes and the social associations contracted with MOSA on the latest hygiene guidelines; including the selection, the storage, the preparation and the serving of food products and services.
This complementary training provides attendees with a certificate of attendance; contributing to Lebanon’s long history of applying globally recognized quality standards.
